1. CUSTOMER PICKUP : (*We are located at 6, rue de l’Arche, Val-des-Monts, Québec, J8N 7N9.)
1) Saturday Rental : PICKUP on Friday between 6 PM and 8 PM, Return on Saturday before 9 PM. *Option available – Return on Sunday before 10 AM (+$35)
2) Sunday Rental : PICKUP on Sunday between 8 AM and 10 AM, Return on Sunday evening (by 9 PM max) or Monday before 10 AM.
3) Full Weekend Rental : PICKUP on Friday between 6 PM and 8 PM, Return on Sunday evening (by 9 PM max) or Monday before 10 AM.
2. FULL SERVICE PACKAGES : (*Available for school, public, or corporate events only)
This service includes delivery, setup, and take down of the rented equipment. We will contact you shortly after receiving your inquiry to discuss your specific needs. Standard rental duration is typically 4 to 6 hours.
**Please note that these hours are regularly adjusted based on demand and may vary from those indicated above.
Yes all orders require a $50 Credit/Debit Card deposit, which will be deducted from the balance due.
If the weather is determined to be bad, you can cancel your reservation FREE OF CHARGE. If you suspect bad weather, we ask that you cancel prior to delivery (or Pickup) or have an alternate indoor space available. A refund WILL NOT be issued for any other reason. Cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation/Postponement with a notice of 72 hours or more before the event date, your deposit will be refunded in the form of a ‘gift certificate’.
Yes! After each rental, all of our Inflatable units are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and inspected. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. We can’t set up on any type of loose rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the bottom of the vinyl.
When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with weights/sandbags.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. Click on the unit you would like to rent for more information.
Depending on which unit you rent, the space will vary. Click on the unit you would like to rent to see the dimensions.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our Rules of Use or any negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc.
